Ambien

So yes it is almost 2:30 in the morning and I am still awake. I depart for Wisconsin in seven hours. Just a reminder that if you are going to pack for a trip to a race, make sure the socks you want are clean. Oh, I think the dryer just stopped. Safe travels.

I'd say "good luck", but you don't need it. Have a great race, remember every moment of it, and run through the finish shoot smiling- we'll all be watching you!

Why are you still up at 2:30 in the morning? Now don't you stay up that late for the rest of the week. Get some good rest. Enjoy your Ironman Adventure! Eat right and have fun!

Al,
GET TO SLEEP!!

Seriously, I want to wish you the best of luck at the IM this weekend. You have worked really hard, and now it is time to reap the reward. I will be cheering and supporting you from back home, and waiting anxiously to hear about your adventure. Good luck and Godspeed.

My name is Catherine Snow and i would like to show you my personal experience with Ambien.

I have taken for 1 years. I am 57 years old. Works great if I take it on an empty stomach, and get right into bed. If you take it and try to keep yourself awake, you can override the pill and be up all night.

Side Effects :
None.

I hope this information will be useful to others,
