As for me, what a crazy week....

Sunday: 7 mile trail run

- Run: 11 miles
Uh oh...Is the plane to Boston getting grounded??? Running less than 20 miles a week and still running a marathon. That's crazy....

I think DaisyDuc has the right idea... You may need to get out and run with others. I'd love to meet you on a nice 7 mile trail run. Maybe this fall we should do some trail running?

TO responde to your comment on my blog, i am not doing an IM next year b/c it is too expensive. I am going to use the money to get a tri bike..hmmm :)..
Looks like you are pretty busy on your end. At least you got two runs in a week. I can barely fit in one :D
