Ultegra. I run an Ultegra rear deraileur for sure. The other parts are 105 because they don't get that much use and don't save me that much. On my road bike I also have Ultegra on the brakehood/shifters. Oh an my cranks are Ultegra. 105 pedals on the tri bike, ultegra pedals on the road bike.
You buying a bike where you get a choice? Nice! Or are you just buying a whole new set for your current ride? Nicer!
I've wanted a sexy Italian road bike for a long time, so I say go with Campy.
But I've always heard that the top of the line is not worth the upcharge from the next-to-the-top. I've never had the opportunity to find out, so I'm just passing on the advice.
That said, I like my Ultegra with Cervelo knock-offs better than I like my 105 group.
Campy if you want to be different. DA if you just got a bonus. Ultegra if you want the best value.
I have full DA on my bike (well, I have a compact crankset on with a DA crankset in my closet :P). But if I had to go and buy parts from scratch again, I'd probably buy Ultegra. I'm not fast enough to deserve DA. :)
If you don't mind mixing and matching, I might do Ultegra everywhere except maybe the rear derailleur. And the crankset, because the DA cranks are just damn sexy. :)
I like the Ultegra componets on my TRi bike and have DA'on my road bike..The weight is minmal I have found and yeah spend the bucks on a good wheel set..They make your ride look sweet...
My vote goes to Ultegra for the same reasons mentioned above - best value for money and works well. Betta to spend the $$ on something else that will make more of a difference like race wheels...
BTW, I use 105. So Ultegra is plenty good. DuraAce is really overkill in my books.

Grams to dollars. performance to dollars. Marketing. Too many choices.
Rob probably makes the most sense. But then so does everyone else.
